With the latest release of WorkClout, administrators can now enable sharing mode on each device and allow employees to access WorkClout using a unique 4-digit PIN. We've also released a few updates to our custom forms feature!
When you enable sharing mode on the WorkClout mobile app, your employees working in different shifts or within the same work area can access their tasks, issues, etc.. using a unique PIN.
Step 1 - Set unique user PIN for each of your employees
First, we'll create PIN codes for each employee to make it easier for them to access their information on a shared device.
*Employees can log in to their accounts and update their PIN as needed from the website.
*PIN codes do not have to be unique.
Step 2 - Enable sharing mode on the WorkClout mobile application
Second, we'll enable sharing mode on the device that will be used by multiple employees.
*Only Administrators will have the ability to disable sharing mode per device.
*The device remains in Sharing Mode even if the administrator logs out.
*Sessions will not timeout when the device goes to sleep, is locked, or when the application goes to the background.
Step 3 - Share the device with another user!
Now that sharing is enabled, you can start logging other employees into the device!
* Employee's email and password will only be required on the first login into the shared device
*If an employee does not have a PIN, they will be prompted to enter their password.
Form Versioning
Now you can reference version history for all of your custom forms. To access a form's version history - First, go to the custom form list, open the form's menu, and click on the "version history" option. A side panel will slide open with a history of all updates, pending updates, and denied updates to the form. You can even view the past version by clicking on the form version!
Form Divider Field
You can now add a form divider as a custom form field! Use the Divider field to create sections within your form for different steps!
Form Informational Sub-Header Field
You can now also add a sub-header field! A sub-header will show as larger bold text on forms. Use sub-headers to display and organize informational for employees on custom forms.
