In this release, we've focused our efforts on making the quality inspection process even better than before. This update allows workers to annotate, crop, and markup the pictures captured during quality inspections and audits. In addition, you can now set default input values for selection and single-line text fields to make it easier to complete inspections.
Adding image annotations and markup is easy to do in this latest update. Capture images and upload them onto WorkClout as usual. By default, our system will prompt you to add annotations and markups onto the image as needed. Click the arrow button to apply the changes to the image.
Note: if you'd like to edit an image annotation. Click on the image to open the annotation window add your additional changes.

Now when you add a single selection field or single-line text field, you'll have the option of setting a default value. This feature enables you the ability to improve quality audit speed. One widespread use case would be to default all checks to PASS and only have the operator mark failed responses if necessary during the inspection. By doing so, you can limit the number of clicks and allow your workers to more easily perform and complete quality audits.

We've added bar graph visuals onto the analytic graphs to improve visibility into your quality process and efficiency. In addition, you can now break down graphs by the hour when the date range is set to within the last day.

We've supercharged inspection assignments. When you create single inspections or schedule your inspections, you can now add multiple users or team members. Group assignments provide the flexibility of ensuring that all members are performing the procedure, audit, or check. Using group assignments helps save time and money.
