This latest update packs several features to help automate and improve your quality process. It includes the ability to automate actions by configuring triggers on form templates and the ability to upload files onto form templates that can be previewed and downloaded right within the app.

Trigger Actions

Now you can automatically assign custom actions to specific people within your organization when an inspection is closed. Actions are assigned depending on the information captured on the form. Triggering Actions is a great way to automate your CAPA even further without assigning them during an inspection manually, so you can focus on what matters most.

Upload and Preview Files

With the new informational file upload field, you can now upload PDFs, Word Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and more supported file types onto your forms to access and preview within WorkClout. The informational file upload field is excellent for sharing existing procedures, word docs, etc... on your forms within WorkClout!

Rich Text Informational Form Fields

The informational paragraph field now gives you the ability to edit in rich text! Bold fonts, Make larger sizes, add hyperlinks, and more!

Limit On-Demand Inspections by Skill

You can configure your on-demand inspections limit access based on their skills acquired on WorkClout. If the user does not have a skill, they will not be able to access or perform the inspection. This feature only applies to the user and limited user roles.
